At Rover & Whiskers, our goal is to offer high-quality pet essentials and travel gear at the best possible prices. To keep our shipping fast, eliminate processing waste, and keep prices low for our customers, all sales are final and we do not accept physical mail-in returns.

Order Issues & Fit Guarantee
We understand that shopping online for your pets can sometimes lead to sizing or preference issues. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer two convenient solutions so you don't have to deal with return shipping:
Option 1: 50% Instant Partial Refund (Keep Your Item)
If an item isn't quite the right fit or style, contact our team within 30 days of delivery. Upon review, we will issue a 50% refund back to your original payment method—and you keep the item! You do not need to ship anything back. You can keep it as a backup, give it to a friend, or donate it to a local pet rescue.
Option 2: 100% Store Credit
If you would prefer to try a different size or item from our catalog, we can issue you a 100% Store Credit Gift Card for the full purchase price of the item so you can place a new order right away.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives broken, damaged in transit, defective, or if you received the wrong item:

Include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the damage or incorrect item.

Once verified, we will immediately send a free replacement or issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Because we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery times, orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
